It is only after passing these parameters, that our array is declared as fit to be dispatched. For safe and tamper free dispatch, the quality analysts pay special importance in their packing, therefore for keeping the equipment scratch free they are packed in cotton clothes.

Quality Assurance

We constantly strive to improve our quality checks . To achieve the quality goal, we have continuous improvement systems in place. During manufacturing, emphasis is laid on processes, quality and testing to ensure the product performance and reliability. A dedicated team of inspectors headed by Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all raw materials and components are tested as per the quality plan. Testing and acceptance norms at every stage of the manufacturing process are clearly well defined in well manner.

For this purpose, we have set up a well-facilitated quality control unit in Mumbai, India, that caters to the different inspection needs of the organization. Our controllers use the resources present in this unit to conduct tests from the time, when raw material is procured until the final stage of production.
